Anyone know where to get drivers for the ati TV WONDER™ VE REMOTE CONTROL EDITION?

its the agp type model not the pci or pcie i can't seem to find my cd so i am looking for the driver and multimedia center downloads for this?!?!? plz help been looking for days!!!
