Physiological flat feet?

From your statement, it seems you're not certain if you have flat feet or just low arches. Have you ever seen your footprint when you walk with wet barefeet? That is the best way to determine whether or not you have a normal arch, low arch or no arch at all. If you walk with barefeet on a dry contrete floor/pavement you can get a good view of your footprint, or you can lay a cardboard flat on the ground and just walk over it like you normally, but in wet feet. The more developed your arch is, the less surface of your foot will actually touch the ground. If you have flat feet, the entire bottom of your foot will touch the ground. If you have a normal arch, you will notice that part of your fot does not touch the ground, which will leave a slightly curve in the footprint. If you flat feet, there is nothing that can be done to create an arch; howevevr, if you do have some arch, there exercises you do to help strengthen the arch, maybe help build it up to a higher level. Hope this gives you some idea of what your situation is, and if there is a chance for you to develop your arches more. Best of luck!
