WHY are libbies here making such an issue of the 15 year old Mex who was shot?

This boy was part of a group of illegals throwing rocks at the border patrol. They were told to stop and were warned. They kept throwing rocks, thereby endangering the lives of the border patrol. The kid was shot. Do you see anything improper about this shooting? If so, exactly what was improper?
