How to get a flat tummy fast?

Just started working out, it's harder than I expected however I am totally committed. I don't have a huge tummy, just a kangaroo pouch I need to get rid of. So far I've changed my diet to water, fruits and veggies. I workout every day, crunches, leg presses, biceps, and triceps. Is there anything else I need to add to my workout, or diet?
