I have a weird question?

Me and my husband are ttc this week and since I ovulated today we bd this afternoon, something weird happened at least it's never happened with my hubby and me before. We were doing the deed and he acted and said that he finished but within a few minutes we were bd again and then he pulled out and there was semen. Sorry if this is to much info but after this I wondered if he even came in me and I don't think he did the first time but obviously did a few minutes later. Can a guy and not produce any semen??? My hubby swears that he finished and was able to again, just really weird!
