Need to do an experiment on physics?

Try timing a pendulum--count the number of swings per minute for varying lengths. Compare different pendulum types, e.g. a heavy weight on a light string, as compared to a rigid uniform rod. See if changing the weight of the pendulum, or the angle of swing, makes a difference (it should not!). Plot the results on a graph and compare with the known formulae. Good luck.
