Where can I get shirts like this?

Try Hot Topic. They're a great source of band tees, and they cover most of those bands. It's a lot easier to find them in men's sizes though. I usually just get the mens small, or kids large. Since the tees are athletic fit (skinny, not baggy) they fit just as well.
