Which symphony/ orchestra/ conductor do you consider the BEST?

Right Now? I'm a big Nikolaus Harnoncourt fan, but throughout time it's just about as bad as asking what composer is the best. Karajan, Toscanini, Bernstein, or any other great conductor has a personality that comes out in the music. How can you say that one personality is better than another one.
