Why am i not the main focus of my credit report?

my father appears on my credit report more than i do. I even have my nans address appearing on it. And apparently ive been on the electoral register since i was 12. I think it might be because my name is billy and my dad is william, but i really have no idea. Any ideas as to why this might be happening to me would be appreciated
