Why do Cons say Rush speaks the truth when?

Obama talks about Rush all the time. We hear more from the White House about Rush Limbaugh than we do Iran, Afghanistan, North Korea, the economy etc etc etc. There are real problems that have to be dealt with both foreign and domestic and we hear about Rush Limbaugh and Fox News? Is this what you voted for? Does "Hope and Change" include crushing political dissent?
